THE AGENDA: “A TOWN HALL MEETING” where industry leaders, grass roots organizers, destination marketing executives and everyone in between come together to talk, question and share.

SCHEDULE (subject to change)
► Arrivals Wednesday afternoon, September 16, 2009
Opening late-afternoon reception at Rosen Plaza followed by ice-breaker/team-building dinner at a local area attraction.
Note: This will create instant relationships and conversation that will last throughout the symposium, much like the wildly successful Croquet Tournament at S.P.O.R.T.S. 2008!

► Thursday September 17, 2009
Breakfast at Rosen Plaza, Town Hall Meetings throughout the day, Exhibitor Sessions, Lunch at Rosen Plaza, Afternoon Town Hall Meetings, Exhibit Hall Reception. Nighttime activity to be determined.

► Friday September 18, 2009
Breakfast at Rosen Plaza followed by morning Town Hall Meetings and Exhibitor Sessions. Hopefully, S.P.O.R.T.S. attendees can stay and enjoy the weekend in Central Florida with super-savings discounts on tickets area attractions.

S.P.O.R.T.S. Institute Pre-Fam in Kissimmee, Sept. 13-16, 2009
